Exciting news! Two new classes in May!
Bikram en Espanol – Wednesdays at 8:15pm, a one hour class starting May 1st
Intro to Bikram – Sundays at 3pm, a one hour class starting May 5th
Introducing Bikram en Espanol, starting May 1st!
Wednesday nights from 8:15pm to 9:15pm. Evelyn Alfago will be teaching the Bikram dialogue in Spanish.
She will be leading one strong set of each posture, each class will include at least one demonstration.
INTRO TO BIKRAM – SUNDAYS AT 3PM, starting MAY 5th
We are bringing back the Sunday 3pm Intro to Bikram class beginning on May 5th.
The Intro to Bikram class will be one-hour long, from 3pm to 4pm.
In this special class we will:
Go through the postures more slowly, with more attention to detail. We will not do every posture in the series.
The teacher will demonstrate each posture before the students do the pose.
Students have the opportunity to ask questions during the class.
Each class will focus on a specific part of the practice, such as balancing postures, backward bending, or core strength.
Class Schedule: Sundays from 3pm to 4pm
Cost: $18 / $15 with CA Student ID

If you are traveling, you can count up to 5 classes from other Bikram Yoga studios. Just bring us written proof, like a receipt.
If you leave early, the class does not count!

Enter thru the Grace Lutheran Church and drive through their lot to the back,
behind Westcom. There are spots labelled Galleria Parking. Those are always available.

The goal is 30 classes in 30 days, or 60 classes in 60 days. However, even if
you don’t manage to come EVERY day, you will get great benefits and start your spring
with a bang!
- Sign up by writing your name on the Challenge Board at the studio.
- Everytime you come to class, sign in on BOTH the regular sign in sheet and the
Challenge sign in sheet. (if you are not signed in, you will not get credit for
